We fill your order in 2-3 business days in the order in which it was received. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays.  Extended time may be required for orders requiring additional customer information or orders placed during peak promotional times or holidays.  Shipping from IN First Class Mail.

Your order gets dropped off to USPS the next business day after fulfillment and gets scanned in at the facility by the end of the day.

The carrier transports and delivers your order. Please understand that for USPS in particular, the number of days specified in the shipping method is a best estimate and not a guarantee.  If your order is later than you expected, please check the Tracking Number that was sent to you by email after you place your order to see the last place that your order was scanned.  

If an order is returned to us due to insufficient address, mail is unclaimed, addressee is unknown, moved or deceased or refused by the addressee, we will issue a refund only after the package has been returned to us.  The refund will be calculated as the Total Cost less the shipping and a 15% restocking fee.  If you request to have the item re-shipped to a difference address, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Packages entering countries outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.  These fees remain the responsibility of the purchaser, not Anchored in Your Faith.  Duties and taxes vary for each country.  These fees are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, Anchored in Your Faith has no control over these charges.  Please contact your local government customs office for more information. Anchored in Your Faith is not liable for any customs/brokerage/other fees pertaining to your order.

We advise you to please ensure your shipping information is 100% accurate, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package is delivered to the stated shipping address.  If your package is lost in transit, CONTACT US as soon as possible.
